They weren't just self-employed; they built relationships, earned trust, and created businesses that became part of the community. They showed me that success isn't just measured by what you sell, but by the people you serve and the impact you
leave behind.
Today, that same mindset drives everything I do. I love helping businesses tell their stories because I understand what it takes to build something from the ground up. Every brand has a reason it exists, and my job is to create strategic photography and video content that helps people see that story before they ever become a customer.

Meet BIANCA
Heyy, I'm Bianca, I'm so happy you're here! I've been a South Jersey girl my whole life. There's no place better than Jersey, other than Italy. I can't tell you about myself without telling you about my best friend, husband, concert date, and sou chef, Newton. We went to Woodstown High School when Tom Delong was still in Blink-182 (I hope the new generation knows who that is).
Last year, we took the trip of a lifetime and eloped in Lake Como, Italy. It was the best day of our lives and couldn't be more grateful for our photographer, Mary Mazzucco, and our incredible videographer, Flash Flood Media. I know we don't look very Italian, but we are very proud of having Italian heritage, and cannot wait to go back.
This past March I decied to quit my salary position to pursue BTP full time. It was a risk but bigger the risk, bigger the reward. To read more about my professional background you can read my blog:

- Graduated WHS and Newton and I officially became high school sweethearts.
- Was on the track team for RCGC (held their hammer throw record for 3 seasons)
- Moved on to Wilmington University for my BS in Multimedia Design
- Interned with the Philadelphia Flyers
- Had the opprotunity to be a Production's Assistant for the NFL Draft in Philly.
From graduation in May of 2017 to May of 2018, I applied for jobs tirelessly. While still working at Wawa, I could feel my passion and goals changing. I got a taste for video and motion from my internship, so I decided to go back to Wilmington for a Bachelors in Video and Motion Graphics. During this year, I was fortunate to freelance at a former Professor Video Production company; and that's where things really changed.
I was hired a month before the world shut down at Revel Nail. During this crazy period of time, Revel experienced rapid growth, my role expanded from Shopify management into email marketing, SEO, website optimization, product launches, and eventually product and lifestyle photography.
BONUS: I got really good at doing my own nails.
It was time I to add more skills to my tool belt. I have always been drawn to food photography and is something I wanted to try. Thankfully the stars aligned when I was hired by Ciconte's Restaurant Group. Working across Ciconte's five restaurant concepts and a catering company, photographed chef specials, cocktails, live entertainment, and events while designing menus, updating websites, and creating in-store marketing materials.
MY JOURNEY, layered over time
Left Ciconte's in March for a part-time portrait studio, Bassetti Photo, to pursue making BTP full-time. While it wasn't the easiest decision to make, I couldn't be happier. I absolutely love my job, and getting to create for other business owners makes it all worth it.
